So as I sat watching my mother talk about other people with diabetes, i wondered if she was enjoying the FREAKING CAKE THAT SHE WAS EATING! Seriously, when will it end? Do people become disconnected with reality when their kids move out? Where they ever connected with reality? How do I approach this? Do I come right out and give them what for, or do I let them make their own decisions since they are adults? It is a hard place to be and I do not know what to do.
However, the Red Sox won twice tonight. No, they didn’t have a double header, Crisp just caught the last out twice since they took the first one away from him. I wish I could watch the Red Sox more. There is a specific reason though. Laurie and I both enjoy watching the games together and I think it would be great to be able to do that on a regular basis. Celtics, Bruins, eh…not so much, but the Red Sox we enjoy. Maybe some day.
As you can see, there is nothing but random thought present here…I’ll give you more this weekend hopefully.
